Transition From AS to A2

In my AS year, I leaned many skills that will help me in my A2 year, and faced many challenges that I need to overcome for my A2 year.

Skills I learned at AS:

- How to use cameras/equipment

- How to edit (transitions, filters, continuity editing etc.)

- How to structure a film opening

Challenges I faced at AS:

- Time management 

- Getting the whole group together

- How to add sound (effects, soundtrack etc.)

- Blogging interestingly

- Filming creatively

 Positives of AS:

- Exam

- Having control over what you do

- Made a film opening

 Skills I need to learn at A2:

- Lip syncing

- Time management 

- Get better at Photoshop

- How to use Quark 

- Research/Planning

- Industry understanding

- Basetrack filming & editing

- Blogging interestingly

  Challenges I will face at A2:

- Balancing media with other subjects

- Managing workload and higher demand 

- Producing work to a higher standard

- Blogging interactively/creatively

Positives of A2:

- Working with music

- Better brief 

- Better group

- Better outcome
