I've been thinking about how to approach this task of creating this digipak, I've already decided that I want to put my graphic skills to use in this section of this project and use it to my advantage so I've been creating some rough ideas of how I intend these to look, iv'e unintentionally tested this out in our groups Animatic and tried to look into some other ways to express our artist. As I worked on graphics I've begun to create collages for a children's book, based on the work of designer Paul Rand. I thought that this would relate to our artists image more effectively as it is simple and straightforward and also proved to be less time consuming, it also gives me a chance to incorporate a number of techniques into it instead of just Photoshop (which I'm not 100 percent confident with to start with.) As Gimp doesn't have a great variety of fonts I will do these elements of the digipack on Photoshop using the font "Awesome" which is the on featured in our video or one similar is this doesn't prove to be possible.

Initial Digipak ideas
